If you want to book an appointment outside of my work hours their will be an additional €15

Please email  if you would like an appointment not available via my booking system. Please note, emergency slots are subject to my availability.

Message us on whatsapp for house calls it will be a extra fee of minimum €25

RESCHEDULING/ CANCELLATION APPOINTMENTS

We are more than happy to reschedule your existing appointment, you can do that with the link in the email.

We will charge an extra fee if it's 24 hours before the appointment 20% of the appointment

You can cancel your appointment on the site, if that's not available anymore you're gonna be charged 50% of the appointment.

 

PONYTAILS & SLEEK STYLES

BLOW-DRY & STRAIGHTEN IS REQUIRED FOR THIS HAIRSTYLE

Ponytail styles should last up to 7 days if take care of the hair. By les then 24 hours you can contact us for a toutch up. This is only if you maintain it well (Tie it down with a silk scarf when sleeping, stay away from humidity/heat, active sports and try not to get it wet)

When coming to your appointment, please make sure that your hair is CLEAN, BLOWDRIED FROM ROOT TO TIP (unless a wash & blow dry has been added on) & PRODUCT FREE.

NO CONDITIONER SHOULD BE LEFT IN YOUR HAIR 

If in doubt, wash your hair again!If you are unsure about your hair length, please message us on whatsapp so we can advise you!

WE SELL HAIR 

We supply hair 

This included bundles, lace closures and HD & swiss lace frontals. There are many textures available, and inches range from 10”- 40”

If you would like hair bundles before your appointment, please let us know the inches your interested in and we can have it ready for you. Payment for hair is taken after booking & prior to the appointment, so please let us know 5 working business days before your appointment date to avoid any disappointment.

If you email, or message us on whatsapp we will send you the price list.

Unfortunately once you buy & receive the hair from us you are unable to get a refund due to orders already being processed & hygiene reasons.
